Bliss balls


Another lunch box treat. This has only got 4 ingredients & no baking required (suits me) great for a bit of a 3pm pick me up or for when you are craving something sweet..

  • 12 medjool dates seeds removed
  • 0.5 cup shredded coconut
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Bliss balls Directions

  1. 1. In a processor, add dates & coconut & salt if using. Maybe a little bit of water to help stick. Don't overblend as you want it to have texture.
    2. Using a spoon, roll into small balls & place on a baking tray with baking paper.
    3. In a small bowl, add cocoa & oil. Stir until smooth. Using a spoon drizzle over balls & place them in the freezer to set for 30mins
