Hasselback potatoes


These make a great side with dinner. They take a little time to cook but well worth it.

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and washed
  • Garlic infused oil
  • Sea salt

Hasselback potatoes Directions

  1. 1. Peel potatoes into a smooth oval shape. Using a sharp knife, make horizontal cuts halfway through the potato (be careful not to cut through to the bottom)
  2. 2. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. drizzle garlic infused oil, pinch of sea salt and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

Recipe notes

TIP: Serve with sour cream, bacon, chives etc.
