Ingrediants

  • 2 Mountain bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Rashers bacon (fat removed)
  • 1 Pepper and salt
  • 1 Handful Baby spinach

Bacon and egg wrap Directions

  1. Method
    1. Heat pan & spray with olive oil
    2. Full another pan with water & bring to a slight boil
    3. Add bacon & cook one side & add egg to boiling water & flip bacon.
    4. Lay wrap flat, spread spinach length ways, lay bacon length way & add egg & pepper for taste
