  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup museli or oats
  • 0.5 cup yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Banana smoothie Directions

  1. 1. Add all into blender & blend for about 30secs, pour into glass & enjoy
