  • 75 gm chocolate peanut butter protein powder
  • 50 gm instant / rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 150 ml skim milk / almond milk

Chocolate peanut butter protein bars Directions

  1. Add everything into a food processor except for the milk and combine until an even powder.
  2. Slowly add milk until it starts forming into a ball. Remove from processor.
  3. Line a small loaf tin with cling wrap and press mixture into bottom of tin. Smooth out and place in fridge for afew hours.
  4. Remove and slice into even portion sizes and wrap individually.

Recipe notes

You can do this recipe with out a food processor just mix by hand or spoon.
