Ingredients

  • 125 gm raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 banana sliced
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 150 ml skim milk
  • 3 heaped tablespoons greek yoghurt

Banana and raspberry smoothie Directions

  1. 1. Add all ingredients in to blender & blitz until smooth. Pour into large glass & serve immediately.

Recipe notes

TIP: Add vanilla yoghurt instead of Greek and honey for extra flavour
