  • 340 gm butter cake / vanilla cake mix (store bought)
  • 1 cup deisccated coconut
  • 125 gm butter
  • 400 gm apple pieces canned
  • 300 gm sour cream
  • 1 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

Apple and sour cream slice Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper.
  3. Combine cake mix, coconut and melted butter and press into baking tin. Bake for 15minutes or until golden.
  4. Remove from oven. Spread apple over base evenly then spread sour cream over apples. Evenly sprinkle cinnamon sugar over and cook for a further 20 minutes or until sour cream is set.
  5. Cool and remove from pan. Cut into squares.
  6. Taste great hot or cold.
