  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 100 gm chobani yoghurt
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 handful fresh berries e.g strawberries, blueberries etc

Green smoothie Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into food processor and mix until smooth. Pour into cup and enjoy.
