  • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Peanut butter balls Directions

  1. In a medium bowl add all ingredients and stir as long as you can. It will get harder but keep going until all combined. Add water if necessary until it has no dry bits. 
  2. On a baking tray lined with baking paper, grab small handfuls of the mix and roll into balls ( I used water to prevent it from sticking) 
  3. Repeat until all mixture is gone and place in fridge for 30 minutes or until firm before eating.
  4. Store in air tight container for 1-2 weeks (doubt they will last that long)
