Ingredients

  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • Olive oil spray

3 ingredient banana pancakes Directions

  1. 1. Heat a non stick pan and spray with oil.
    2. In a bowl combine ingredients until mixed well. Using a spoon, spoon the mix into pan to make 3 large pancakes. Cook each side until golden. Serve immediately

Recipe notes

TIP: You can add a scoop of protein and have yourself a great protein snack.
